I have admired Aurora Suominen’s work for many years and am happy to feature October Love this week. This is a fun design with clean lines and is a bit of a respite from our recent more complicated blocks!  The final stitch count was a little too big for our CAL so I modified the last few rounds. I am hoping Aurora comes back later in the year with a new design!  See all her designs on Ravelry and her blog, My Blue Angels.

Round 10:  Beg corner. Sk 1 st, dc next st (Ch 1, sk 2 st, dc, ch 1, sk 1 st, dc) seven times, work corner in sp] four times, omitting last corner & join, fastening off color 2. (19 dc, 15 ch-1 sp per side including corners)
